DUTIES

The goal is to build a sales network consisting of 10 exclusive agents. We currently have one agent and expect to reach our goal within 1-2 years, so we are currently considering hiring 2-3 agents with VAT numbers.
Agents will be responsible for selling the following services/products:
– Photovoltaic installation
– Heat pump and/or boiler installation
– Building renovation or extraordinary maintenance work
– Sale of gas and electricity contracts
– Replacement of fixtures

REQUIREMENTS

OBJECTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

– Diploma in surveying or degree in engineering/architecture; the candidate's technical background is essential.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

– Knowledge of the products sold
– Knowledge of Italian and European regulations on energy efficiency in Italian real estate
– Technical knowledge of heating systems

CROSS-CUTTING REQUIREMENTS:

– Willingness to continuously update knowledge of Italian and European regulations and new technologies in the sector
– Already have a customer portfolio (preferable)
– Already have several loyal teams of installers in the Marche region (preferable)

– Candidates must come from companies and contexts such as:

1. Velux

  1. Water purification plants

  2. Verisure or video surveillance systems in general

  3. Companies dealing with electrical or heating systems

  4. Companies that sell photovoltaic systems

  5. Mapei, Kerakoll, and similar products

DUTIES

– Civil engineering systems, both for maintenance and new construction
– Installation of photovoltaic systems
– Installation of intercoms, video cameras, antennas, electric gates, charging stations, heat pumps (electrical part)

REQUIREMENTS

OBJECTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

– At least 10 years of proven experience in most of the activities listed above
– Technical diploma (electrical or electronic engineer or equivalent qualifications)
– PES/PAV/PEI certification: certification is preferred

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

– Ability to read and analyze projects
– Knowledge of electrical systems: Ability to install and test electrical systems in homes, offices, and residential buildings.
– Knowledge of industrial systems (preferred but not essential)
– Ability to install photovoltaic systems, including in apartment buildings

CROSS-CUTTING REQUIREMENTS:

– Owns a car
– Resident in the province of Ancona

DUTIES

The ideal candidate is a bricklayer with experience in more or less all types of residential construction work, particularly renovation and extraordinary maintenance. They must be able to carry out work on the exterior of buildings, but also demonstrate precision and care in interior finishing. Below are some examples of the types of work involved. Clearly, specialization in all of these areas is not required: assembly of concrete structures, laying of floors and wall coverings, plasterboard, painting, plastering, reinforced plaster, assembly of wooden beams, laying of sheathing.

REQUIREMENTS

OBJECTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

– At least 10 years of previous, referenced experience

CROSS-CUTTING REQUIREMENTS:

– Own car
– Resident in the province of Macerata, preferably between Camerino, Tolentino, and San Severino
